Current Projects:

Dowitcher Turn, Tapping.

Dowitcher Turn will comprise of 23 seperate residential homes.

Stage One of the development has already been completed.

It is located within the Kestrels Estate, the first HIA GreenSmart accredited development in Perth's popular North West Corridor.

Construction of the professionally designed landscaped pool, gazebo & BBQ area will be completed in early 2011.

Past Projects:

Karrinyup Lakes Lifestyle Village, Gwelup

The Karrinyup Lakes Lifestyle Village comprises of 57 separate residential units and a centrally located communal clubhouse facility.

Albert Street, Balcatta:

8 x single storey residential homes units.

This project entailed the construction of 8 single storey residential home units to turnkey specifications.  Danmar Homes scope of works also included the subdivision of the site to create 8 strata titles and 3 green titles. 

In addition to the building works it was necessary to undertake the extension of Water Corporation sewer mains, and an extension to council roads at the rear of the site to provide access to the 3 green title sites.  All of which was managed by Danmar Homes

Construction of 3 two storey residences will commence shortly on the 3 green titles remaining on this site.

Champion Drive, Armadale:

21 x single storey residential home units.

This project involved constructing 21 home units on a 5000m2 site. 

Ground works began in November 2006 with the first slab laid in January 2007.  The project was handed over to the client in October 2007 and has been acquired by the State Government’s Department of Housing and Works for use as public housing.

Sixth Road, Armadale:

22 x single storey residential home units.

This project entailed the construction of 22 units for 22 individual clients.  The subject lot has been sub divided into survey strata lots and sold as house and land packages to individuals. 

Lyon Road, Aubin Grove:

9 x two storey residential home units.

This project is for 9 two storey homes all with individual specifications and finishes.
