Excellent computer skills, experience in ArchiCAD and double storey construction knowledge are essential, as your role will include/require;
- Development of new designs
- 3-D concepts
- Creating working drawings
- Attention to detail
- Working to planning & building regulations
- Thorough knowledge of Residential Codes

ESTIMATOR - Residential
Danmar Homes is offering a carrer opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated housing estimator to join our team at our Osborne Park head office.
The successful applicant must have previous experience as a residential estimator, with excellent organisation, communication and computer skills. Double storey construction knowledge is essential.
Your role will require the following:
- Develop and maintain costs of new and current designs
- Prepare cost estimates in a timely and effective manner
- Support schedulers, contract administrators, liase with suppliers, etc.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Working to building regulations
- Thorough knowledge of residential construction
